This unit challenges students to describe and apply key valuation theories, processes, methodologies and governing regulations. Students examine and analyse a variety of property types and use sales evidence for residential and commercial properties for valuation problems. A variety of valuation assignments are examined culminating in the completion of a comprehensive written residential valuation report. -- Course Website
